Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Send photos through our website for a quick estimate, or schedule a free in-person visit.
How does payment work?
For most jobs, a 50% deposit schedules the work and the remaining 50% is due on completion. Larger projects may follow a different schedule, agreed in writing before work starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, and major credit cards. Card payments include a 3% processing fee.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through a third-party financing partner, subject to approval. Ask us for details.
What about permits?
If your project needs a permit, we'll tell you up front and include the permit fees in your estimate. Permit fees are paid by the client.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from completion. Materials carry their manufacturer's warranty.
Will there be surprise charges?
No. Your estimate spells out the work and the price. If anything changes, you approve it in writing before we do it.
Who will be working on my home?
Calvin, personally. Electrical and plumbing work is done by licensed professionals.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, with select projects in Broward and Palm Beach.
